Orange Beacon Technology & Maintenance
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before accepting a quote or receiving an invoice from Orange Beacon.
By accepting a quote or receiving an invoice from us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Quotations and Acceptance:
1.1. All quotes provided by Orange Beacon are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
1.2. To proceed with the our services offered, the Customer is required to provide a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount. Acceptance of the quote constitutes an agreement to pay the deposit.
Payment:
2.1. The remaining 50% of the total quoted amount shall be payable by the Customer upon completion of the security installation services.
2.2. Invoices will be issued by Orange Beacon upon completion of the installation. Payment is due within 7 days from the date of invoice.
2.3. Late payments may be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to late fees per month on the outstanding balance.
2.4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, Cash, Cheque.
Cancellations and Refunds:
3.1. In the event that the Customer cancels the security installation services after the deposit has been paid, the deposit amount is non-refundable unless the customer's equipment has not been ordered.
3.2. Orange Beacon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule installation appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment availability, or other factors. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the installation at a convenient time for both parties.
Scope of Work:
4.1. The scope of work for Orange Beacons services will be outlined in the provided quote. Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in additional charges.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the premises are ready for installation, including providing necessary access, power, and any other requirements specified by Orange Beacon.
Warranty:
5.1. Orange Beacon warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
5.2. Any equipment provided by Orange Beacon as part of the installation will be subject to a separate manufacturer's warranty.
Liability:
6.1. Orange Beacon shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Customer or any third party arising from the installation, use, or maintenance of the services and equipment provided, unless such damages are directly attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.
